We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the hospital's food service department. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient meal service, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, supervise the F&B team, and deliver excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B operations.
- Ensure timely and quality meal service.
- Lead, train, and monitor F&B staff.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and hospital departments.
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
- Handle customer and patient feedback.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an F&B Supervisor.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, hotels, or institutional catering preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
