Objective:- To Highly motivated, results-driven with expertise in identifying new business opportunities while maximizing on existing relationships to increase revenue. Capable of developing and implementing marketing and sales plans. To promote the Product specialties through branding, camps and events, corporate/TPA tie-ups with the aim to reach as much revenue as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Sales target by promoting companies’ product ethically to customers as per the business plan
- Launch Slaney healthcare in Key cities of region.
- Developing a distribution channel of SURGICAL/IMPLANT stockists for SLANEYs world-class product range of surgical, consumables & Devices.
- Handling of Key Corporate/Trust hospitals individually.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Providing support to distributors for marketing brands & concepts
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the Zone.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Pharmaceutical sales: 5 years (Required)
