Job Summary
The Influencer Marketing Manager will manage influencer campaigns for brands while providing dedicated professional support to selected influencers represented by Moris Media. The role requires regular onsite collaboration from the Srinagar office, along with remote communication, client meetings, shoots, events and travel assignments.
The selected professional will be accountable for campaign planning, influencer shortlisting, brand communication, commercial discussions, account coordination, social media supervision, reporting and relationship continuity. The position also includes managing influencer calendars, content schedules, meetings, collaborations, travel arrangements and professional commitments.
The role directly supports client outcomes, revenue growth, influencer retention and coordination across business development, social media, content, design, production, public relations, finance and management teams. Strong ownership, timely communication and performance accountability are required throughout every assignment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Influencer Campaign Management: Understand client objectives, audiences, budgets, preferred platforms, geographical requirements and content expectations. Prepare campaign plans covering influencer categories, deliverables, commercials, approval stages, publishing dates and reporting requirements.
- Influencer Identification and Assessment: Research, evaluate and shortlist nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega and celebrity influencers according to content category, audience profile, language, location, engagement quality, previous collaborations and brand suitability.
- Client Engagement and Direct Communication: Communicate directly with brands, agencies and business representatives regarding campaign requirements, influencer options, timelines, commercials, content approvals, revisions, publishing schedules and campaign progress.
- Dedicated Influencer Management: Act as the primary professional contact for assigned influencers. Manage their brand enquiries, collaborations, meetings, shoots, events, public appearances, professional communication, personal calendars and daily coordination requirements.
- Social Media Account Coordination: Coordinate or supervise content calendars, captions, posting schedules, profile updates, campaign posts, collaboration announcements and audience communication across the social media accounts of assigned influencers.
- Commercial Discussions and Brand Deals: Negotiate influencer fees, agency charges, deliverables, payment terms, content rights, exclusivity periods, revision limits and cancellation conditions. Identify suitable brand opportunities and support the closure of commercially appropriate collaborations.
- Account Coordination and Reporting: Maintain campaign trackers, influencer records, client updates, content approvals, posting links, invoices, payout information and performance reports. Provide regular updates covering completed work, pending actions, risks and payment status.
- Internal Collaboration and Onsite Coordination: Work regularly with business development, social media, content, design, video, production, public relations, finance and management teams from the Srinagar office. Ensure that every department receives accurate briefs, deadlines and status updates.
- Relationship Retention, Travel and Logistics: Maintain professional relationships with clients, influencers and external partners. Manage travel bookings, accommodation, itineraries, event access, local transport and on-ground requirements. Accompany influencers for shoots, campaigns, interviews, events and public appearances when required.

Experience
- Required Experience: 2to 5 years
- Relevant experience in influencer marketing, creator management, celebrity management, talent management, social media marketing, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, client servicing or entertainment management is mandatory.
- Experience handling brand campaigns, influencers, clients, social media accounts, commercial negotiations or on-ground assignments will be preferred.
- Candidates should be able to provide details of relevant campaigns, influencer accounts, clients or projects handled during their previous employment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business Administration, Entertainment Management or a related discipline.
- Professional training or certification in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media management, client servicing, talent management or campaign management will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, presentations, campaign trackers, social media analytics, reporting tools and professional communication systems is required.
Location and Work Eligibility
- This position is based in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir and requires regular onsite attendance at the office.
- Only candidates currently residing in Srinagar or another part of the Kashmir region from where they can regularly report to the Srinagar office should apply.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time hybrid position requiring regular onsite attendance at the Moris Media office in Srinagar. The role also includes remote coordination, client communication, influencer meetings, content shoots, campaign supervision, events and travel.
The selected candidate may be required to accompany assigned influencers for brand campaigns, production assignments, public appearances, launches, interviews and outstation events. Working schedules may change according to client deadlines, publishing dates, travel plans, shoots and influencer commitments.
Candidates must be comfortable with flexible working hours, weekend assignments, early travel schedules and evening events whenever required. Office attendance, internal reviews and face-to-face coordination will remain an important part of the position.
Salary
Salary is negotiable and will be determined according to relevant experience, current compensation, professional network, campaign-management ability, client-handling experience, influencer-management exposure and overall suitability for the position.
