Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, pipeline management, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri based on job requirements.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary, and other requirements.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the concerned team.
- Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up for interview feedback.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with shortlisted/selected candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal HR/hiring teams to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and MIS as required.
- Handle other Talent Acquisition activities as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing through Naukri.
- Good screening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Power, Construction, or Engineering recruitment will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
