Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Immigration Team Lead to manage and guide the team, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the immigration team.
- Assign work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor team performance and maintain work quality.
- Handle client/case-related coordination and resolve team issues.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve team targets.
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience with good communication, leadership, team-handling, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
