Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development programs as required.
- Support HR audits and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll processes, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
