- Strategy & Roadmap: Own the vision, feature backlog, and roadmap for core AI platforms or user-facing intelligence features.
- Technical Prototyping: Build quick proof-of-concepts (PoCs) or functional UI/AI prototypes using modern tools to test feasibility.
- Architecture & Design: Write precise PRDs addressing latency, cost-per-inference, hallucination guardrails, and context windows.
- Evaluation & Optimization: Define evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and metrics to continuously measure and improve model or agent accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between technical engineering squads, design (UX), and executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years total experience, with a solid mix of software engineering/development and product management.
- Engineering Background: Past hands-on experience writing production code (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and understanding system design, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- AI/ML Fluency: Practical knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and vector databases.
- Product Sense: Proven track record of shipping at least one complex data- or model-powered product from conception to production
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
