- Student Mentorship: Guide students in creating design projects, building professional portfolios, and preparing for fashion shows or industry jobs.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Grade assignments, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback on design concepts and technical execution.
- Industry Trends: Integrate current fashion trends, sustainable practices, and digital design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) into the curriculum.
- Workshop Maintenance: Manage the studio space, ensuring garment construction equipment (sewing machines, mannequins) is functioning properly.
