Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong knowledge of Maharashtra UDCPR regulations and land development planning. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing land parcels, identifying development potential, preparing feasibility studies, and coordinating with architects and consultants for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze land parcels and identify development potential as per UDCPR.
- Calculate FSI, built-up area, setbacks, height restrictions, parking requirements, and open space requirements.
- Conduct plot feasibility studies and prepare development potential reports.
- Review land records, zoning regulations, DP remarks, and reservations.
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, liaison consultants, and planning authorities.
- Prepare concept layouts and site development plans.
- Assess TDR, premium FSI, and other applicable development provisions.
- Verify road width, access requirements, and infrastructure availability.
- Support land acquisition and due diligence activities.
- Maintain compliance with applicable building regulations and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Maharashtra UDCPR.
- Expertise in plot potential analysis and feasibility studies.
- Understanding of zoning regulations, FSI calculations, and development control rules.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Google Earth, GIS, and land survey drawings.
- Ability to interpret revenue records, layout plans, and sanction drawings.
- Good analytical and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering.
- Experience in real estate, industrial parks, township planning, or land development projects preferred.
