We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Australia Recruiter to join our Nursing Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified nursing professionals for healthcare organizations across Australia. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Australian healthcare recruitment market and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Location- IT Park, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), Aged Care Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, and other healthcare professionals for Australian healthcare facilities.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Meet hiring targets and client deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare and nursing recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, and recruitment platforms.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian Healthcare Staffing or Nursing Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Australian recruitment process and healthcare industry requirements.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN), Enrolled Nurses (EN), Aged Care Nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with Australian healthcare compliance and onboarding requirements.
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare recruitment standards and practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
