About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our student acquisition and counseling team. The role involves handling leads, coordinating with prospective students, and ensuring smooth follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Coordinate with prospective students and understand their study abroad requirements
- Schedule counseling sessions with senior counselors
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel sheets
- Follow up with leads on a regular basis to ensure conversions
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional activities
- Maintain proper communication and relationship with students throughout the process
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any stream
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Preferred:
- Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, or education consultancy
