About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketer with 3-5 years of B2B content marketing experience to join our team. This role will own the end-to-end content strategy, connect content efforts to business outcomes, and create content across website, social media, and sales enablement channels.
The ideal candidate understands the B2B ecosystem, sales processes, and how content supports lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the content strategy from planning to execution, measurement, and optimization. Create content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and sales enablement assets.
- Develop content aligned to the B2B buyer journey and sales process.
- Work with sales to understand customer pain points and create relevant content.
- Collaborate with tech/product teams to roll out content assets, website updates, and campaign materials.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across channels.
- Track content performance and improve based on insights.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B content marketing experience.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and messaging skills.
- Experience creating website, social media, campaign, and sales enablement content.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer personas, lead generation, and funnel marketing.
- Ability to turn complex or technical ideas into clear, business-focused content.
- Comfortable working with sales, product, marketing, and tech teams.Hands-on approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CMS, SEO, analytics, and social media tools is a plus.
