Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and dealers.
- Handle showroom and field sales activities.
- Identify prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct dealer meetings and product presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Field Sales or Showroom Sales.
- Experience working with dealers and distributors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
