We are building premium eyewear brands focused on timeless design, craftsmanship, and quality. We are looking for a Marketplace Manager who will take complete ownership of onboarding and running our marketplace business—from daily operations to sales growth.
This is not a catalog management role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a business owner and is passionate about scaling brands online.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
* Manage seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.
* Ensure marketplace account health remains in excellent standing.
* Manage product listings, catalog updates, images, attributes, variations, and pricing.
* Coordinate order management, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
Sales & Growth
* Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising platforms.
* Run promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, Lightning Deals, coupons, and marketplace events.
* Improve organic rankings through keyword optimization and listing enhancements.
* Monitor competitors and recommend pricing and promotional strategies.
* Launch new products successfully across marketplaces.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and customer acquisition.
Analytics & Reporting
* Track sales, advertising performance, ROAS, ACoS/TACoS, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
Cross-functional Coordination
* Coordinate with design, photography, content, operations, logistics, and customer support teams.
* Ensure all marketplace content reflects the premium positioning of our brands.

Requirements
Essential
* 2–5+ years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or other Indian marketplaces.
* Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising platforms.
* Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and catalog optimization.
* Experience running promotional campaigns that generate measurable sales.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
* Experience working with premium consumer brands.
* Experience in fashion, eyewear, accessories, or lifestyle products.
* Familiarity with inventory forecasting and demand planning.
* Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, DataHawk, SellerApp, or similar marketplace analytics platforms.

Compensation
Salary: 25000-30000
Performance incentives may be offered based on achieving agreed sales and profitability targets.
