They manage ticketing systems, install/configure hardware and software, and ensure system uptime. Responsibilities include user onboarding, network troubleshooting, and maintaining inventory, requiring strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Linux, network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and software applications.
- Excellent diagnostic skills to identify and fix issues efficiently.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
