Esser Werke Con Form India Pvt Ltd (EWCFI) is a leading manufacturer and supplier of concrete pipeline systems, twin pipes, elbows, reducers, and wear parts for construction equipment such as concrete pumps and boom placers. The company operates with advanced German technology and serves OEM and aftermarket customers across India.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated MBA Marketing Intern to support our Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities. The intern will play a key role in market research, customer identification, lead generation, and digital outreach to expand our customer base in the infrastructure and construction equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers using internet sources, industry directories, and social media platforms.
- Collect customer contact details including company information, decision maker names, phone numbers, and email IDs.
- Maintain and update customer databases in CRM tools or Excel.
- Send company introductions, product offers, and promotional materials via email and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with prospective customers to generate inquiries and sales leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead status and conversions.
- Support preparation of sales reports, presentations, and marketing documents.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (Marketing) students or recent graduates.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, industrial marketing, and customer engagement.
- Good communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi will be an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and internet research tools is preferred.
