We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily business operations, ensure smooth workflow across departments, improve operational efficiency, and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and lead teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with departments such as HR, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions when required.
- Support business growth initiatives and process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business management software/ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Experience in process improvement and performance management.
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and compliance procedures.
