Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Directing the picking, packing, and sorting processes to ensure flawless and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels, executing routine audits, and preventing items from going out of stock on online storefronts.
- Staff Leadership: Supervising, training, and scheduling shift workers to optimize floor productivity.
- Returns Processing: Managing the reverse logistics flow, evaluating returned items, and updating the inventory database.
Pay: ₹11,020.53 - ₹22,492.27 per month
