Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and involved Service Technician to join our bunty toys team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have basic to good knowledge of Toys mechanisym and electrical systems and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site service and technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical/Battery service-related issues
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls
- Maintain service records and reports
- Represent the company professionally at customer locations
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical and battery systems is mandatory
- Freshers can also be welcoming
- Willingness to travel forclient field service work
- Problem-solving skills
