Zarnik is a B2B hospitality supplies platform serving independent hotels across India and internationally. We supply 150+ hotels monthly with a curated range of linen, bath, housekeeping, and F&B products. As we grow our international operations, we are building a stronger supplier network to source and fulfil products beyond our existing catalog.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Procurement Executive to identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for hospitality products across categories. You will work closely with our export and sales teams to turn international buyer inquiries into sourced, priced, and deliverable solutions. This is a relationship-building role — you will be the person who finds the right supplier for any product we don't yet carry.
What You Will Do
- Scout and onboard new suppliers for hospitality products (linen, bath, amenities, housekeeping, F&B, and allied categories)
- Respond to non-catalog product inquiries with sourced options, pricing, and lead times
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive quotations
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor database across product categories
- Coordinate with the export team to support international buyer requirements
- Evaluate supplier quality, reliability, and compliance before onboarding
- Track and follow up on open quotations and pending supplier commitments
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor development, or supply chain — preferably in hospitality supplies, textiles, FMCG, or allied industries
- Comfortable reaching out cold to manufacturers, traders, and distributors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Familiarity with basic procurement documentation — quotations, POs, vendor agreements
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Hindi and English proficiency required
Good to Have
- Existing supplier network in hospitality, linen, or housekeeping product categories
- Experience working with export-oriented businesses or handling international buyer requirements
- Familiarity with ERPNext or any ERP/procurement software
