We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities in the Interior & Exterior industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting architects, builders, corporate clients, contractors, and consultants, and converting leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior and exterior projects.
- Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, references, and digital platforms.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, developers, corporate offices, and institutional clients.
- Conduct client presentations and explain company products and services.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the estimation team.
- Follow up on inquiries until project closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new construction projects.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings to generate business.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
