We are hiring a Brand Manager for one of our Clients in E-commerce and Nutraceutical industry.
Brand/Department: Business Operations & Brand Management
Job Summary:
The Brand Manager is the primary business leader responsible for driving end-to-end commercial success, operational efficiency, and market expansion. This leadership role oversees all facets of the business, including domestic and international sales growth, strategic marketing, procurement, regulatory compliance (certifications), and overarching corporate communications. The Brand Manager will work closely with the medical leadership and the Lead Brand Educationist to ensure the commercial strategy aligns seamlessly with the brand's core mission.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
- Identify and onboard distributors, channel partners, stockists, and retail networks.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Explore new market opportunities and growth channels.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Lead the overall brand strategy, positioning, and communication initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing, advertising, PR activities, and trade events.
- Ensure all brand communications are aligned, consistent, and scientifically accurate.
- Collaborate with internal experts to create compelling educational and promotional content.
Operations & Procurement
- Manage procurement and supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to optimize quality, pricing, and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and support business forecasting.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Oversee the acquisition and renewal of relevant certifications and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food, health, and export regulations.
- Review packaging, product claims, and marketing materials for regulatory adherence.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
- Drive collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and education functions.
- Support team development and foster a results-oriented culture.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Prior experience managing or growing e-commerce businesses and online sales channels.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly enthusiastic, proactive, and self-driven with a strong ownership mentality.
- Experience in health, wellness, nutraceutical, FMCG, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management, sales, business development, marketing, or a related leadership role.
