About the Role
TraviYo is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Experience & Training Executives.
This role is perfect for freshers who want to start their career in a professional environment while gaining hands-on experience in customer handling, training, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via calls, emails, and chats
- Conduct product demos and training sessions
- Assist users during onboarding
- Resolve customer queries effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits
