Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Executive to handle daily administrative tasks. The candidate will be responsible for managing emails, attending phone calls, and maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Attend and manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain and organize office documents and records
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and office activities
- Coordinate with team members and clients as required
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all records
- handling sales calls
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
