We are looking for an experienced Telecaller Sales Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. This is a fully remote position suited to someone confident on the phone, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
- Explain our services clearly and handle customer queries
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and meet monthly targets
- Maintain call records, follow-up trackers, and sales reports in Excel
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in telecalling or telesales ([2–3] years preferred)
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent spoken and written English; [Hindi/regional language] a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filters)
- Must own a personal laptop with a stable internet connection
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline
