Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller who will connect with potential clients, explain our CRM product, and generate qualified leads for demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers from provided leads/database
- Explain Cresco CRM & Helpdesk solutions clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for product demos
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain call records and update CRM system
- Coordinate with sales team for demo scheduling
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn CRM software
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
