About the Role:
KM Softwares is hiring LinkedIn Marketing Specialists to drive international B2B & B2C lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B & B2C leads through strategic LinkedIn outreach.
- Connect and engage with international clients using direct messaging and follow-ups.
- Identify global business prospects for IT services and schedule meetings for the BDE team.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.

Requirements:
- Candidate must have 8 to 10 of their own active LinkedIn accounts for international outreach.
- Prior understanding of B2B & B2C LinkedIn lead generation.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
