Position Overview
BM Elite International Clinic is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support patient acquisition, referral development, corporate partnerships and business growth for the Velachery centre.
The candidate will work closely with the management, doctors, marketing team and patient relationship team to generate qualified leads, build institutional relationships and improve patient footfall across the clinic’s specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate patient enquiries through field marketing, referrals, partnerships and local outreach.
- Develop relationships with:
- Doctors and clinics
- Diagnostic centres
- Hospitals and pharmacies
- Gyms, salons and wellness centres
- Corporate offices and HR teams
- Residential communities and associations
- Promote the clinic’s services, including:
- Cosmetic and plastic surgery
- Dermatology and aesthetic treatments
- Hair restoration and hair transplant
- Fertility and reproductive health
- Sexual wellness
- Dental and cosmetic dentistry
- Weight management
- Preventive and wellness programmes
- Identify new business opportunities in and around Velachery and nearby areas.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain a structured daily visit plan.
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads until consultation or appointment conversion.
- Coordinate camps, corporate wellness programmes, awareness events and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain a database of referral partners and prospective clients.
- Follow up with referral sources and provide regular updates on services and programmes.
- Work with the digital marketing and patient relationship teams to improve lead conversion.
- Support appointment booking, patient coordination and follow-up where required.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, conversions and business outcomes.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Achieve assigned targets for leads, partnerships, patient footfall and revenue contribution.
- Represent the organization professionally and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or any relevant field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, hospital marketing, diagnostics, pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and field-sales ability may also be considered.
- Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, fertility, dermatology, cosmetology or wellness services will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business and lead-management tools.
- Ability to communicate in English and Tamil.
- Knowledge of Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.

- Camps and corporate activities organized
- Patient footfall generated
- Revenue contribution
- Accuracy and consistency of reports
Working Arrangement
- Full-time, centre-based and field-based role.
- Primary location: Velachery, Chennai.
- Local travel will be required.
- Working days and timings will be discussed during the interview.
Compensation
Salary will be based on experience and performance.
