Job Responsibilities
Teaching & Mentoring

Deliver engaging and concept-oriented classes for UGC NET Chemistry aspirants.

Explain complex chemistry concepts in a clear and student-friendly manner.

Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and doubt-clearing support to students.

Monitor student progress and help improve their exam performance.
Content Development

Prepare and update study materials, notes, assignments, and practice questions.

Develop mock tests, quizzes, and assessment materials aligned with the UGC NET syllabus.

Review and enhance existing academic content to maintain quality and accuracy.
Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct tests and evaluate student performance.

Analyze student results and identify areas for improvement.

Provide constructive feedback and learning strategies to students.
Academic Support

Stay updated with changes in the UGC NET Chemistry syllabus and examination pattern.

Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty discussions.

Support online and offline academic initiatives of the organization.
Qualifications

UGC NET Qualified in Chemistry (Mandatory) OR

Ph.D. in Chemistry from a recognized university.
