We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Read and execute drawings, layouts, and design plans accurately.
- Plan and schedule work for carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other site workers.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Measure site dimensions and verify work before execution.
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, and inventory at the site.
- Report daily site progress to the management team.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and site regulations.
- Conduct final inspections and coordinate project handover to clients.
- Maintain proper documentation, including work reports and material records.
