- Billing & Invoicing: Generate and verify accurate invoices for vehicle sales, spare parts, and service job cards.
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR): Process vendor invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and assist in collections follow-up.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash, credit, and bank transactions, as well as ledgers for inventory and parts.
- Compliance: Ensure accurate handling of taxes such as TDS and GST, and assist in filing necessary returns.
- Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with the sales, service, and spare parts teams to verify job costs and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist senior accountants in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, BBA, or M.Com).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in accounting, ideally in an automobile dealership or manufacturing environment.
- Software Proficiency: Strong grasp of MS Excel and popular accounting/ERP systems like Tally, SAP, or specific Dealership Management Systems (DMS).
