Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students in accordance with the school curriculum and academic standards.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, classroom activities, and practical demonstrations.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare academic reports.
- Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students as needed.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred/required as per school norms.
- Previous teaching experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct practical laboratory sessions effectively.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
