Job Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will design, lead, and manage interactive team-building workshops, retreats, and group activities to boost trust, improve communication, and strengthen team dynamics across an organisation. You will create a productive and engaging environment for participants, ensuring that discussions are structured, focused, and lead to actionable outcomes both virtually and in person. The ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills, a neutral stance, and the ability to mediate conversations while promoting inclusivity and collaboration in a corporate group setting.
Responsibilities
· Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and team-building activities to improve collaboration and communication.
· Develop and implement session materials, agendas, and creative activities tailored to the group or organisation's needs.
· Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all participants feel comfortable sharing their ideas.
· Document, track, and report on session progress, including summary reports, key insights, challenges, and potential solutions for management.
· Offer follow-up support and resources to participants to help them implement the learnings from sessions.
· Adjust facilitation methods based on feedback and continuously improve the effectiveness of your approach.
· Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for further training and development within the organisation.
Required skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, Communication, Psychology or a related field.
· 2-5 years of demonstrable experience as a facilitator, trainer, or similar role leading team-building activities, corporate workshops, or employee engagement activities.
· Experience facilitating in corporate, educational, or non-profit environments.
· Ability to design and develop custom facilitation frameworks for specific business needs.
· Proficiency with digital tools for virtual facilitation, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Miro.
Pay: ₹12,184.58 - ₹41,434.56 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
