Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, appointment scheduling, customer follow-ups, and coordination with the sales and marketing teams to drive property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, digital platforms, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
- Schedule site visits, property tours, and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential buyers and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and assisting in customer engagement activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to maximize lead conversion and sales performance.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve customer experience and sales strategies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Telecaller, Telecalling Executive, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, Inside Sales Executive, or Real Estate Sales Executive.
- Prior experience in the real estate, property sales, or construction industry is preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and customer concerns effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
