Business Development Executive (BDE) – Job Description
A Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support company growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends
- Maintain a database of prospects and clients (CRM tools)
