About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, statutory compliance, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements
- Maintain general ledger and accounting records accurately
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments
- Monitor expense tracking and budget management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support payroll processing and related accounting entries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
