The Role
As an Assistant Service Coordinator, you will support the Service Manager in planning and scheduling technicians to deliver timely, safe, and high-quality service. The role involves close customer coordination, service administration, reporting, system compliance, and operational support across contracted and non-contracted work.
This is a fulltime role, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, working for Australian business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule technicians to meet customer and contract requirements
- Maintain strong customer communication and manage service enquiries
- Support safety compliance and escalate incidents as required
- Coordinate service contracts, non-contracted work, and referrals
- Assist with reporting, billing coordination, payroll readiness, and toolbox meetings
- Maintain accurate data in Dynamics 365 FSM/CRM and inventory systems
- Monitor aged debtors and support service and inventory allocation
Ideal Candidate
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in coordination, scheduling, or resource planning
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Good understanding of mechanical/electrical equipment
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Dynamics 365, and inventory systems
- Knowledge of service contracts, quoting, and estimating
