Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to drive business growth and customer acquisition at our Madhyamgram branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in the BFSI or Insurance sector, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate business through referrals, field activities, and networking.
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer service.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Contribute to overall branch growth and business development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or BFSI Sales.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
