Position Overview
SLBS Marklance is seeking a knowledgeable and industry-experienced Logistics Faculty member to deliver high-quality training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, and related subjects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of preparing students for industry careers through practical, job-oriented learning. SLBS offers logistics and warehouse management programs with a strong focus on industry readiness and placement support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Teach subjects including:
- Supply Chain Management
- Warehouse Management
- Inventory Control
- Freight Forwarding
- Shipping & Port Operations
- Transportation Management
- Procurement & Materials Management
- Containerization and Allied Business
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and industry-oriented projects.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
- Organize industrial visits, seminars, and guest lectures.
- Support placement preparation through mock interviews and career guidance.
- Stay updated with current logistics trends, technologies, and industry practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse management systems (WMS), freight forwarding, and supply chain processes.
- Experience
- 2–5 years of industry experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Operations, or related fields. (Teaching)
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP, SAP, WMS, or logistics software is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
