About the Role
We are looking for a highly dedicated and result-oriented QA Engineer to join the RingEmAll product team. This is a product-based role where quality is a top priority. We are seeking someone who takes complete ownership of testing, is passionate about delivering bug-free releases, and is willing to support product releases whenever required, including evenings or weekends during critical deployment cycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain automation test scripts for regression and functional testing.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects until closure.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and feature validation.
- Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Improve existing QA processes and recommend automation wherever applicable.
- Ensure product stability before every production release.
- Be available to support urgent releases, production deployments, and critical fixes outside regular working hours whenever business demands.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Strong experience in Manual Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Understanding of Git and version control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing SaaS or product-based applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Knowledge of performance or security testing is an added advantage.
- Exposure to AI, Voice, or Communication products is preferred.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and technical assessment)
