We are a small but growing online education organisation with students across India, Seychelles, and Europe. We have been around since 2001 and we work with students who need Special Education support as well as regular school help in Maths, English, and Science. We are now looking for someone who can take charge of our social media and LinkedIn presence. This is not a big corporate job. It is a hands-on role where you will actually do the work, see the results, and grow with us. What the role involves You will manage three LinkedIn pages and our social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook. For each platform we need two good posts per week. You will also run paid ads to grow our followers and visibility. Beyond that, you will help grow a professional LinkedIn profile focused on connecting with HR managers and recruiters at good companies, and a business LinkedIn page targeting partners and clients in India, Seychelles, Dubai, and Singapore for an export venture in Automobile Components and LPG Bottling. You will also write cold outreach messages and emails to potential business partners, use AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva to create content, and send us a short daily update on what you have done. What we are looking for Someone who has actually managed LinkedIn or social media pages before — not just their own personal account. You should know how to run ads on Facebook or LinkedIn, be comfortable using AI tools for content, and write clearly in English. You need a laptop, a good internet connection, and the ability to work without being followed up every hour. How it works We start with a 3-day paid task so we can see how you work. You get Rs. 1,500 for completing it. If things go well, we move to a 1-month paid project at Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 10,000. We are looking for someone we can work with long term.
