- Review RFQs, tender documents, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for automation, electrical, instrumentation, and control system projects.
- Develop system architecture, bill of materials (BOM), cost estimates, and pricing calculations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, projects, and vendors for technical and commercial inputs.
- Conduct technical clarifications and discussions with customers during the bidding stage.
- Prepare compliance statements, deviation lists, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and select suitable products and solutions.
- Ensure proposals comply with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, and company policies.
- Maintain proposal records, costing sheets, and bid documentation.
- Support contract review and handover activities after order receipt.
- Support junior proposal engineers and review their work for technical accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and estimation methodologies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
