About UniAdvise
UniAdvise is a premium study abroad consultancy founded by two London Business School alumni. We provide highly personalised guidance across university selection, application strategy, essays, interviews and test preparation.
We are now looking for an experienced GMAT Verbal Faculty member who can provide the same level of personalised, results driven support to our students.
About the Role
The GMAT Verbal Faculty member will help students strengthen their performance across Critical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension, the two question types tested in the current GMAT Verbal Reasoning section.
The role involves conducting live online classes, identifying individual weaknesses, creating personalised preparation plans and tracking each student’s progress until their examination.

- Teach effective reading, passage-mapping, inference and time-management strategies
- Review practice sets and mock examinations with students
- Identify recurring mistakes and provide specific, actionable feedback
- Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions
- Assign structured practice work and monitor its completion
- Track student performance and share regular progress updates with the UniAdvise team
- Recommend changes to preparation plans based on performance data
- Develop or review practice questions, lesson plans and supporting study material when required
- Remain updated on changes to the GMAT format, question types and scoring approach
- Provide students with a professional, supportive and accountable learning experience
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience teaching GMAT Verbal
- Strong command of Critical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension
- Thorough understanding of the current GMAT examination structure
- Excellent spoken and written English

- A strong personal GMAT score, particularly in Verbal Reasoning
- Prior experience with a recognised test-preparation organisation
- Demonstrated success in helping students achieve significant score improvements
- Experience teaching both one-on-one and small-group batches
- Familiarity with official GMAT preparation resources and mock-test analysis
