Role Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) assessments under the Government of India’s ZED Certification Scheme. The role ensures compliance with ZED standards, effective stakeholder coordination, and timely, high-quality assessment outcomes for MSMEs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of ZED assessment projects from initiation to closure.
- Act as the single point of contact with client, MSME ZED Cell, assessors, and MSME units.
- Plan and monitor deployment of empaneled ZED assessors and assessment schedules.
- Ensure assessments comply with ZED Scheme guidelines, client SOPs, and ethical requirements.
- Review and validate assessment reports, evidence, and portal submissions before final submission.
- Address observations, clarifications, and non-conformities raised by client/MSME authorities.
- Maintain project records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
- Responsible for processing invoices, vendor management, P&L and other financial aspects of the project.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Quality, Business, or related discipline.
- 3–7+ years of experience in project management, quality/certification, consulting, or government schemes.
- Experience working with MSMEs or certification programs preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of quality systems (ZED, ISO, Lean, etc.) and compliance-driven projects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with digital portals, reporting tools, and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
