Kréa Térra & Co. is a multidisciplinary architecture, interior design, and urban planning practice based in Bhopal, committed to creating thoughtful, functional, and timeless spaces. We are looking for a creative and passionate Architect - 3D Design & Visualization to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for an architect with a strong eye for design, composition, and visualization who can transform concepts into compelling architectural presentations. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and presentation material that effectively communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders. You will work closely with the design team from concept development through design refinement, ensuring every visualization reflects the studio's design philosophy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts into accurate and visually compelling 3D models.
- Create high-quality photorealistic renders for architectural and interior design projects.
- Prepare concept presentations, client presentations, material boards, mood boards, and design development presentations.
- Produce interior and exterior perspectives that effectively communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with architects and designers throughout the design process to refine concepts and presentations.
- Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements to create realistic visualizations.
- Revise models and renders based on client feedback and internal design reviews.
- Maintain consistency between design concepts, technical drawings, and final visual outputs.
- Stay updated with current architectural visualization techniques, software, and industry trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and visualization. Exceptional fresh graduates or interns with outstanding software proficiency and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp and rendering software such as Lumion and/or Enscape. Knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, and other visualization tools will be an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, composition, lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.
- Strong presentation, communication, and visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on knowledge, software proficiency, portfolio, experience, and overall suitability for the role).
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
