Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, and closing sales within your assigned territory. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new customers
- Present and explain Uprío’s products/services to prospective clients
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Track daily sales activities and update CRM systems
- Gather market and competitor insights from the field
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Requirements:
- Any graduate (preferred)
- Individual contributer role
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
