Digital Marketing Executive - Meta Ads & Google AdsJob Summary
We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The candidate should be able to plan, execute, optimize, and report paid marketing campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should understand campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget management, ad creatives, performance tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and audience research.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve conversions.
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, reels, static posts, and campaign content.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure proper utilization of ad spend.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Share insights, campaign learnings, and improvement plans with the team.
- Work on Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking whenever required.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, especially Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboard.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Good understanding of ad creatives, hooks, offers, and landing pages.
- Basic copywriting skills for ads and campaign messaging.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with local businesses, service-based businesses, healthcare, automobile, education, salon, fitness, hospitality, or real estate brands.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Experience with WhatsApp lead generation campaigns.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Practical campaign experience will be given more importance than qualification.
