Key Responsibility
Generate qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, follow up with prospects, convert leads into customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Identify and connect with potential customers.
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, referrals, and networking.
- Build relationships with consultants, channel partners, and business owners.
Product Demonstration
- Understand customer requirements.
- Schedule and conduct software demonstrations.
- Explain product features, benefits, and use cases.
Sales Conversion
- Follow up regularly with prospects.
- Handle objections and customer queries.
- Convert leads into paid customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
Sales Operations
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Update lead status and follow-up activities daily.
- Coordinate with onboarding and implementation teams after closure.
- Collect required documents and payment confirmations from customers.
Customer Relationship
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in conducting software demonstrations.
- Basic understanding of CRM and business software.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- 0-3 years experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, CRM Sales, or B2B Sales.
Salary Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
