- Provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Monitor vital signs, health conditions, and patient progress.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing care reports.
- Educate patients and family members about medications and care plans.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding patient needs.
- Maintain proper infection-control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort and well-being.
