We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketer to join our team, focusing on our telecommunications and Customer Management & Interaction (CMI) product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, and overall market success of our innovative solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecom industry, B2B software marketing, and a proven ability to translate complex technical features into compelling customer benefits.
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning for our telecom and CMI products.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Define clear and compelling product messaging, value propositions, and differentiation that resonate with target audiences (e.g., telecom operators, enterprises).
- Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams including product management, sales, engineering, and corporate marketing.
- Create high-impact marketing collateral, including presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and sales tools.
- Enable sales teams with training, battle cards, and compelling content to effectively articulate product value and overcome objections.
- Collaborate closely with product management to influence product development based on market needs and customer feedback.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, market reception, and customer engagement to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Drive demand generation activities by partnering with the marketing team on campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
- Act as a subject matter expert for our telecom and CMI solutions, representing the company at industry events and customer meetings.
- Develop and manage relationships with key industry analysts and influencers.
